Ascent Insurance Partners was founded in 2025 in Austin, TX — but the story began decades before.

Our founder is a third-generation benefits consultant. The insurance industry isn't just a career — it's her DNA.

After more than a decade inside some of the largest brokerage firms in the country, she developed a deep understanding of where employers were being underserved — and how to do things better.

She built something different, the firm she knew was missing.

Ascent is an independent, boutique firm built to do what the big firms won't — go deep, stay transparent, and treat every client like they're the only one.
